The following is a list of New York State's legal holidays for 2026.
Adjournment requests for religious holidays must be received at least 10 business days before the hearing so that cancellation notices can be issued. The list below includes dates that all Board locations will be closed, as well as a list of days on which the Board will be open but some or all of the hearings (as indicated) will not be held:
