Please be advised that Dr. Frank Telang's authorization to treat injured workers in the New York State workers' compensation system has been suspended indefinitely effective June 25, 2012.

Dr. Telang is prohibited from rendering treatment and care to injured workers while his authorization is suspended. Reports submitted by Dr. Telang for services rendered prior to June 25, 2012, are valid, but are invalid for any services rendered on or after that date. Requests to cross-examine Dr. Telang for services rendered prior to June 25, 2012, should not be denied due to the suspension of his authorization.
