Please be advised that, effective February 29, 2008, Anthony Giantinoto, D.C.'s authorization (Number C08691–0W) to treat workers' compensation claimants is temporarily suspended for one year pursuant to Workers' Compensation Law Section 13–l(12). Dr. Giantinoto's current address is 7 Sabatino Court, Deer Park, New York 11729. The suspension is effective until February 28, 2009.

While the suspension is in effect, Dr. Giantinoto is prohibited from rendering chiropractic treatment and care to individuals who have suffered work–related injuries or illnesses. Medical reports submitted by Dr. Giantinoto for treatment rendered prior to February 29, 2008, are valid, but are invalid for any treatment rendered on or after that date. Requests to cross–examine Dr. Giantinoto regarding treatment he rendered prior to February 29, 2008, should not be denied due to this suspension.
