The Chair adopted amendments to sections 442.1 and 442.2 of 12 NYCRR to update the Official New York Workers' Compensation Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Fee Schedule on March 23, 2022.

The Notice of Proposed Rule Making was published in the January 19, 2022, edition of the State Register. The Notice of Adoption will be published in the April 13, 2022, edition of the State Register.
