The Chair has adopted an amendment of 12 NYCRR 324.2 to incorporate updates to the New York Non-Acute Pain Medical Treatment Guidelines by reference.
The Notice of Proposed Rule Making was published in the April 14, 2021, edition of the State Register. A Notice of Adoption was published in the September 1, 2021, edition of the State Register. These MTGs are currently scheduled to become effective November 1, 2021.
