The Chair has permanently adopted the amendments to Section 329-2.1 of Title 12 NYCRR to update fees for ambulatory surgery services.
The Notice of Emergency Adoption and Proposed Rulemaking was published in the March 31, 2021, edition of the State Register. A Notice of Adoption will be published in the August 4, 2021, edition of the State Register.
