The Chair proposes an amendment to section 325-1.25 of Title 12 NYCRR to require all objections to medical bills be made simultaneously to make the process more efficient.

The Notice of Proposed Rule Making will be published in the June 30, 2021, edition of the State Register. Comments on the proposal will be accepted for 60 days after publication. Please submit comments by emailing regulations@wcb.ny.gov.
