The Chair has adopted new Medical Treatment Guidelines (MTGs):
- Hand, Wrist and Forearm Injuries
- Occupational/Work-Related Asthma
The Hand, Wrist and Forearm Injuries MTGs contain treatment recommendations for carpal tunnel syndrome and will replace the current Carpal Tunnel Syndrome MTGs for treatment of injuries on or after January 1, 2021.
The Notice of Proposed Rule Making was published in the June 10, 2020, edition of the State Register. A Notice of Adoption has been published in the September 23, 2020, edition of the State Register.
